Our firm has provided New York City Building, Fire and Zoning Code Consultation, and Department of Buildings permit expediting for projects within New York City for over 40 years. In addition, we have serviced projects within the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut Tri-State area for over 25 years. Growing from a small company working out of our founder's home to a mid-sized firm located in Midtown Manhattan, we never changed our philosophy of providing our clients with a pain-free method of obtaining plan approval and work permits from the Department of Buildings in the most expeditious and professional manner. Our firm is considered by many to be one of the pioneers of our industry.

Our organization, and we stress the organization part, has over 40 years of continuous experience in servicing the needs of Owners, Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Contractors in their work with the Department of Buildings, the Fire Department, the Department of Transportation, and more. Our organization provides clients with "Total Service" representation throughout the duration of the project.

Total Service

"Total Service" means providing our clients with complete assistance every step of the way, from the inception of the job through final approval. "Total Service" includes research of the Department of Buildings Data and Archive Records to obtain information about a building or premises to determine what drawings are available in the database (if applicable) and to acquire the necessary information required for the completion of the Department of Buildings applications. "Total Service" includes always having someone knowledgeable in our office to answer client inquiries regarding Code or Zoning Regulations and to attend project meetings, if necessary. "Total Service" includes coordinating an asbestos survey or a Special inspection when required. "Total Service" includes all this and more.
